The provision of accessible quality eye care and management of chronic diseases effecting eye health at an affordable cost and to ensure sustainable community driven health awareness programs to prevent avoidable blindness in a convenient environment at community level.

To further contribute to community upliftment through skills development, career pathing, job creation, research and innovation in order to eradicate social dependencies in all South African communities and to be a model of excellence on the continent of Africa from Cape to Cairo.
